The 2009 Evaluation Form will be the document that we would like to have printed out and taken to the game with the evaluator to assess the officials game performance. This will be the form that we ask to be sent in to the Committee to be tabulated.
The Evaluation Criteria document is where the Form’s totals are listed and these numbers and comments will be posted on the officials ArbiterSports account.
