The forms can also be downloaded under the links on this site.

These forms can be used for all Certified, Peer and Partner Evaluations.

It is recommended that the following minimum numbers of evaluations be done on an annual basis:

  • 1-3 year officials =            8 evaluations: 3 certified, 2 peer, 3 partner
  • 4-7 year officials =            6 evaluations: 2 certified, 2 peer, 2 partner
  • 8+ year officials =             4 evaluations: 1 certified, 1 peer, 2 partner

The different evaluation totals will be weighted as follows:

  • Certified Evaluations        = 70%
  • Peer Evaluations                = 15%
  • Partner Evaluations          = 15%

At the completion of the officiating season (November to August) all scores will be tabulated and the new ranking will be passed on to the ranking committee make up of the Directors and Assigners.  They will compile the other criteria with the game ranking to establish the overall ranking which will be entered into each official’s ArbiterSports.com account.
